Admission Conditions

To ensure an organized learning process and an effective training experience, please review the following admission conditions before enrolling in any course or diploma at Success Center.

Code of Conduct

The center reserves the right to dismiss any student who engages in behavior that violates public morals or the ethical standards followed within the center.

Attendance Commitment

Students must attend classes according to the scheduled times and follow the center’s instructions. Absence of more than three sessions results in suspension from continuing the course or diploma. The student may resume after paying a fine of 15 JOD.

Financial Commitment

The receipt sent to the student’s email is considered an official commitment to pay all financial fees due.

No Refund Policy

Students are not entitled to request a refund of any paid fees if they withdraw by personal choice. All outstanding financial obligations must be settled before withdrawal.

Certificate Collection

Certificates are issued on dates determined by the center after completing the course or diploma. If the certificate is not collected within two weeks from the issuance date, it will be considered void.

Course or Diploma Postponement

Students may postpone a course or diploma by paying the following fees: 10 JOD for language courses and 15 JOD for training diplomas. Postponement may be requested at any time during the study period for a minimum of one month and a maximum of 12 months.

Class Merging & Instructor Changes

The center reserves the right to merge classes when necessary and to change instructors at any level if required.

Repeating a Level

If a student repeats a level due to failing an exam, a fee of 10 JOD will be charged for repeating the level.

Course Transfer

A fee of 10 JOD is applied if a student wishes to transfer from one course to another.

Course Interruption

If a student discontinues their course without submitting an official postponement request, they are considered withdrawn. A fee of 25 JOD will be charged if the student wishes to resume the course.

Schedule Change

Students may change their schedule only at the end of each level. Schedule changes during an active level are not permitted.

Certificate Issuance Fee

The fee for issuing a certificate from the center is 10 JOD.
